Chaquira has loved color all of her life. At a very young age she would style the hair of all her family and friends. Chaquira discovered that by channeling her creativity through hair that she was also able to inspire people and make them feel beautiful. The feeling of helping individuals feel confident made her realize that this was her passion that she must pursue.

Color not only fascinates Chaquira, but challenges her creatively because of its boundless diversity. Chaquira's gift lies in creating multi-dimensional hair color. After successfully completing a two year apprenticeship under celebrity hair colorist Doug Macintosh, Chaquira has earned her position as a colorist at Sahag Workshop and has been transforming hair color for over 4 years.

Chaquira specializes in using innovative and trend-setting techniques such as balayage, foiling and tone on tone coloring. She also uses her expertise to perform hair smoothing treatments customized for every hair texture.
